DSH Conical Double screw Mixer
The standard form of this mixer is two dissymmetrical screw axes which can revolute along the container under the situation of rotating themselves. The materials move up and down, and interdiffuse, convect with each other from full orientation space in the mixer.
WZL Non Gravity double shaft Mixer

LHY Horizontal RibbonMixer

Scope of Application:
In the “U” shape container, there are positive and negative ribbons. Special proportion of the two ribbons can be rectified with the kind of material, quantity and the proportion of body. This mixer has good effect on mixing viscosity or cohesion powder.

Working Principle:

1. The horizontal axes make the materials move up and down
2. The outer ribbon gathering the material from sides to center and the inner ribbon pushing the material from center to sides.
3. Every screw makes the materials do axial and radial movement, the materials do relative cyclical movement so to gain the intensive mixing’s ends.
